I started out with VFX back in 1995 by attending gscept, which was then known as "Computer Graphics for Media Applications", at LTU in Skellefteå. I got "hooked" immediately and have been in the business ever since.
I began working as a 3D artist at various companies, then eventually moved into supervision and production management. Took a leap into VFX production management full time in the early 2000s. Now at ILP I'm in charge of overseeing all productions and their budgets, and communicating with clients and directors from the very start of a project, all the way to the end.
I love my job and I think that for future 3D artists, having passion for what you do is the most important thing.
